Really friendly staff, they accept keeping luggage for a few days. Location 2 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake. Great view from the balcony in the last floor room.

The room was quite big and the wifi worked well. The receptionist was great and let me check in slightly early and also check out slightly later with no extra cost which was very nice. It is in a very central location. I was woken up early due to renovations happening in a nearby place but not really the properties fault! It’s also slightly hard to find as there is no sign with the property’s name outside

The spacious room, pretty quiet, very comfortable bed and decent sofa! Easy quick check in. Good room service. Great elevator. After shower the bathroom can be very wet. So better plan showers. It's not really a hotel, which also makes it convenient.

The room was great, super comfortable and huge! The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the old quarter meaning its walking distance to everything you need! Great restaurants and activities very close by. Highly recommend Golden Sun Hotel Trendy to anyone coming to Hanoi! We loved it.

Location is right in the old quarter which makes it very accessible to restaurants and to experience the culture. Anywhere in this area you can expect it to be very noisy. The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help us. The rooms are adequate however the bathroom floor was very slippery as it is am open shower. Be sure to wear the sandals provided by the hotel.

Excellent value inn, located just off Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Quarter. Close to all the great food and coffee places, and even to Beer Street, but it's on a quiet street, away from the noise and crowds. Loved our room on the 9th floor, which had a huge balcony and lovely views of downtown Hanoi! And kudos to the friendly staff, who also helped with the airport transfer. Stairs could have been wider, but it's usually the case for really narrow buildings housing most hotels in the Old Quarter.

The hotel is in the middle of the city. If you have a very short time in the city, it is the best location. Our room (suite w city view) was a big room, appropriate for 2 people. The staff is great; especially Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. For more time I would maybe go a little further from the center, however for a couple of days it is perfect. We were on the 7th floor, so it was not loud for us, but on the lower floors it could be noisier, as the street is buzzing from the early morning.
