Super location, just by the lake in old Hanoi.
Fantastic staff. Charming hotel. There are renovations of rooms on its way right niw which will make the place even better. Old hotel but thats part of the charme. Top floor rooms with lake view are fantastic.

It was international women's day and they gave the girls a present (cute scarf) at check in which was very kind. The rooms were nice and clean. Air-conditioning was good. Great location by the lake (road was shut off to cars at the weekend).
The room at the front was a little noisy with the next door massage place but quiet after midnight. Reception organised taxi and quoted us a price to airport which wasn't what taxi wanted. Think they are out of date.

No breakfast at the hotel but there are many place to eat nearby the hotel. The food is amazing. Its very convenient to walk around

The location of Artisan Lakeview is fabulous. Restaurants, coffee shops, spas, and great walking is available right outside the door. Many of the rooms have a lake view. It is a wonderful location to return to after the frenetic pace of central old quarter. The staff are SO helpful.
This accommodation most definitely met our needs. If you are particular about bedding and decor rather than location, this may not be the hotel for you.

The staff went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with their helpfulness and friendliness. They were always available to assist whenever possible. Notably, the lady at the reception kindly provided biscuits upon our departure when she learned we hadn't had breakfast yet. Additionally, the gentleman at the reception went out of his way to help me retrieve my phone after I accidentally left it in a cab. Their exceptional service made our stay truly memorable, and we look forward to returning again soon!

Nice hotel in quieter area, 7 minute walk to “Old Quarter”. Nice location with a few restaurants and travel agencies on the road. It’s amazingly a quiet ish street compared to the roads around the corner! A breath of fresh air after trying to navigate all the other roads. Lovely coffee shop opposite, to left. Egg coffee was really good. Staff were so friendly, always smiling and wanted to speak in English. (My Vietnamese is so bad!). Room was big and overlooked the lake which is a 2 minute walk away. Lots of shower hot water, coffee,tea making facilities. If you want a bit of sanctuary from the madness, after my mistake of booking in the middle of the”Old Quarter”.! I would definitely recommend. I forgot to say how comfortable the bed was.
TV didn’t work but to be honest I didn’t come to Vietnam to watch TV.
No safe in room which was a bit annoying. After I asked a safe was put in the room the next day although it was a key safe so I had the worry of losing a tiny key.

The location cannot be beat! Just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake, and in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff was great - we arrived hours later than expected in the middle of the night. We were put into a reasonable room for the night, but the staff recognized it was not the room I had booked, so they moved us the next morning. And we returned to the same room later in our trip. The room was comfortable - the pillows were soft! - and the place was clean. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. And the price was good value -we would return.
