Even it was 2.5 km from the center the hotel give you bikes for free so it's Just 10 minutes by bike. They were very kind and even they don't have dinner service they prepared something for us because we couldn' have dinner.

The Hotel Manager Mr. Lee is a superstar, a true host, and is an absolute value to the hotel. Nothing is too much asked and he goes for sure the extra mile to offer the guests a great stay.
The location is fine since the hotel offers free bicycles and the option to rent a motorbike.
The standard of the rooms is excellent.

The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The TV has Netflix access and I even had a balcony.
The gym is basically unusable. It’s incredibly dirty (think dead butterflies on equipment, dust hanging off the weights, rusty rack) and broken. There is also no AC. If having a gym is a factor in making you choose this place, don’t because the gym should not be listed under facilities

Good room, great staff, over looking paddy fields. Nice pool with no one else in it!
We kept hearing sounding a bit like an alarm clock going off, might have been the lift call button so got woken a few times.

The quiet environments and overlooking views to the nature. it is also not too far from the old town. The service staff Ms Kim and Lee Hong were really good helping us with recommendations of day tours and places to eat as I didn’t not plan for the trip. just want go with the flow. the breakfast spread was awesome and they rem what I like about my chicken Pho and double portion it every morning over the stay! the Housekeepers were friendly and supportive when we needed help with threads and all!
The room that we were staying in was tidy but a little dusty this trigger mild allergies. it would have been better if they could clean out a bit more - probably it was a less occupied family room.

The hotel was ideal for what we needed, the staff were extremely helpful, Ms Kim and Mr Lee, could not have done more to help
We moved to a different location after a week stay and Ms Kim has still offered advice and help
I couldn’t fault the place
