Ms Karathy was brilliant. Sorted out everything. Was very calm and helpful. Location was amazing. I was worried it would be too loud in the room but it was fine and easy to sleep. New towels would be good. They were a bit worn out.

Extensive breakfast menu, western and local, cooked fresh, was a nice deviation from the standard buffet style. Loved the location being at the heart of the old quarter. Scores of restaurants within metres of the hotel door.

Ms karathy was brilliant. She organised an overnight tour for us to ha long bay and transport to our next accommodation after the tour. We were Then able to return to the hotel leave our luggage and she arranged for us to travel to ha giang. It was also my birthday during the stay and she organised a cake and gift. A little run down

The location was excellent and very convenient to walk in the Old quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff we very friendly and helpful. Ms. Karathy was amazing and really made my daughter birthday special with a birthday cake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The tours we booked through the hotel were organised and exceeded our expectations. The photos were a little misleading. Lighting up the place with brighter colours may make it feel a little less dated.
