Pros: - clean, lockers provided, fairly quiet, good location for exploring Hanoi, Con: - pricier than other hostels - staff tries to sell you everything. When I asked for sim card recommendations, they only mentioned their option. I found a better option outside, so just beware.

Great location, right in the middle of the old quarter. The beds are comfortable and you can get enough privacy, even in a shared dorm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and two sets of lockers. The 6 person dorm has more space than a 4 bed dorm and a nice staircase to reach the top bed. There was a restaurant/bar inside the hostel that served nice food (for an extra charge, reasonable price). The staff was very friendly and helpful with booking tours etc. The 4 person female dorm was tiny. The top bunks had a metal ladder unlike the 6 person dorm that had a wooden staircase that was comfortable to climb on,

Very helpful staff, and the location is right in the center, during the tet holidays not easy to book travel tickets but they make suggestions about trains . Enjoy the fireworks on the final lunar year day on the balcony . The bar downstairs make really loud music noise and the beats keep going till 12 at night, so not friendly to someone needing sleep.

The hostel was super clean. The female dorm was a pleasure to be in as all our room mates were kind and considerate. The beds were set up brilliantly with lots of locker space, curtains around the beds, reading lights and plug sockets for mobile phones. The bunks were large and comfortable. We were provided with towels tied up with yellow ribbon which was a lovely touch. The location was a little difficult for taxis and grabs to access as the streets around are narrow and busy. However it was possible to walk a little way away and order a grab more comfortably. The staff could have been a little more forthcoming when we needed information at the desk.

Lovely hostel in the center of the old town where you can meet a lot of nice people. You are surrounded by many delicious restaurants and massage places and many more options are in walking distance. Nothing to complain about.

Very good location. Even though the area is noisy, the hostel is quiet. The touristic services are a rip off. You can find exactly the same tours (same brochures, same companies, same itineraries and transportation) almost half price in other agencies. Not the best business ethic, if you consider that your clients are mostly young backpackers.

Stayed here before when I arrived in Hanoi and came back after my trips to Sapa and Ha Giang loop. The bed is comfy, staff very friendly and very helpfull so I knew that i'd be staying at a good place. no negative items.

Perfect location right in the old quarter of Hanoi. Super comfy beds. One of the most comfortable i've had so far in the hostels /hotels that i've stayed at. And the staff is super friendly and helpfull (booking trips, busses, information, ...) They also organize a daily guided tour in the old quarter and every night there is free beer so you can meet new people! :) no negative items!

Honestly it was really great experience. I really liked the hostel vibe.. Staff is so nice and helpful.. You can choose quiet place to relax in one floor or sit on decent bar and socialise as solo traveler in downstairs.. Lot of trips are offered. The price for everything (Trips.. Loundry..) in hostel is like double of standard price.. I'm not complaining.. Just saying.. :) I did not liked the pushing to give a good review.. Hostel itself was honestly really good and this forcing was kinda unnecessary. It is also a reason to amount of reviews here or elsewhere. Only for that 9*
