I stayed here for 7 nights while adjusting to the 14 hour time difference from the USA. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. Place is close to numerous restaurants and I often had an egg salad sandwich on multigrain bread for breakfast at the coffee shop just across the street. Staff was very nice and carried my heavy duffle bag up to my room. Staff ordered my lunch for me on arrival and brought it up to my room as I was very tired from over 30 hours of travel time. They arranged airport pickup and my transport to Cat Ba Island and also a taxi for a medical appointment. I plan to return there prior to my flight to Phu Quoc. The other guests usually talked very loudly when walking up or down the stairs, even at midnight or 6 am.

Lovely room that was very clean and fresh (no musty or damp smell and I have a very sensitive nose). Staff were amazing, welcoming, helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated because we were very tired after our early morning flight. Airport pick up was seamless. Location is close to everything in the old quarter. Only a minor inconvenience - Very low water pressure in the shower - it was more like a mist, and completely stops if you hold the shower at head height. We were told however that it varies at different times of the day.

Great location, very comfortable bed and really friendly staff. Can help with any tour organisation or buses. There’s no lift but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants and street foods around this area. Walking distance to beer street and, hoan kiem lake. However the distance to the train street is about 2km but its a fun walk as theres plenty of interesting shops and landmarks along the way. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. We reach the hotel at wee hours, and the receptionist was kind to expediate our check in time. Overall its a pleasant stay.

Location is great in the middle of the old quarter. But this street is also quieter and you won’t hear much noise. It was clean in general but dusty and the bathroom didn’t smell good. My room was in a 6th floor without lift.

The room was excellent. Large spotlessly clean with good AC . Kevin was an excellent host balancing professionalism and hospitality with a charming and very well informed approach . Linda was excellent to alongside all the staff I. Met . Pool was great and the hostel is a few minutes walk away from the center . Great stay No issues

The reception lady Nguyen was very welcoming and kind. She also helped plan our trip in the North of Vietnam, and even booked the whole itinerary for us, which is a huge help because we did not have a detailed plan. The room is very beautiful and clean. And the location is in the very heart of the old quarter. Nothing at all, all was absolutely amazing.

The staffs were outstanding. They made sure we were well taken care of. They made our stay comfortable and assisted us with all our needs including the airport transfers. Superb location right at the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Walking distance to many shops, food places and spas, just right exactly what we needed. The best thing for us so far is that they have water heater and bidet. Basic things we look out for in considering an accommodation. The hotel has no lift but we were lucky to get a room on the 3rd floor so we didn't actually mind it. Not to worry about bringing your luggages because the staffs were very happy to help carry your things to the room.

Very modern and clean hotel room. Location was excellent and so central. Staff were so friendly and helped us arrange a trip to Cat Ba after our stay in Hanoi. Highly recommend. There was no lift available when we stayed so had to go up 5 flights of stairs each time we went to our room but not sure if this was only temporary.

I got a room on top floor with a nice view. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished room. Helpful staff, arranged Ha Long Bay cruise and onward bus to Ninh Binh. Good value for money. No elevator
