Reception staff were lovely! On arrival with a welcome drink we got some local recommendations for where to eat, they also kindly stored and dropped our bags to the room while we went exploring before we were able to check in. Super central to everything, would definitely stay again.

Great location - on the main street of where everything is going on yet the room was quiet despite the atmosphere out the main doors Well decorated spacious room Great bathroom/shower Wifi works very well Rooftop bar is very nice. Wonderful service from the staff, especially from Cao who recommended many good places in Hanoi! The room was nicely made each time we came back and it was spacious for 2 of us. The soundproofing was exceptional given that there are beer parties nearly everyday right outside. This hotel was like an oasis for us at the end of the day. Breakfast had a small curated selection but good enough for us! Just a note that this hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter's beer garden which can be a little raucous at night.

Location is very strategic! Everything is within a walking distance such as the lake and popular coffee shops. The room is very spacious and feels polished. Even though it is located in the party/beer street, it is not noisy at all. I guess the noise isolation is good. The best thing of all is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful! Booked a tour with other companies but the staff assisted with the coordination with the tour operators. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and snack and other days during our wait for taxi to our hotel, the hotell staff gave us drinks. Knowing that we will be checking out early to head to Sapa, the hotel staff even prepared complimentary drinks and breakfast/fruits for us to consume during our bus rides! This is the best hotel so far during my trips around Vietnam. Perhaps the water pressure of the shower room? Not too strong but still acceptable.

Staff were very attentive, and made check in easy. They also kept our bags for a night when we went on an overnight cruise. We had prearranged with the hotel a taxi to pick us up from the airport, however the taxi did not turn up.
