Two minutes from the Lake. Ideal location away from the madness but near enough to walk to the Old Town too. Walking around the lake in the morning seeing locals exercise or at night taking their kids out or meeting friends. Grat location. STaff at the Hanoi Perl were excellent. They couldn't do enough to help us. Lovely massages were had in the spa too. Great selection at breakfast Somebody needs to put felt on the bottom of the chairs in the breakfast room or replace the big heavy chairs. They were so noisy you could hear them two story up. Easily fixed.

Good location, easy walks to the old town markets. Clean and spacious rooms. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, especially Jimmy who was a font of helpful information for first time visitors to Vietnam and the lovely Julie, who's smile and greetings every time we returned made us feel like family.

Perfect location near lake. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and spacious for two people. Staff assisted with airport transfer which went smoothly. Luggage storage available on request.
