We booked this hotel once again after our short trip to SaPa mainly because of the great experience we had during our previous stay. Mai and the staff were really accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Location was perfect to wonder around Hanoi old town by foot.

Location was fantastic - located right in the centre of Hanoi Old town so it is in the middle of everything. Also special thanks to Mai and all the staff for making our stay feel truly special! Very accomodating and helpful. They helped me book Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay tours which were truly amazing and worth the money! If we ever return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mai, Bryan and all the staff for everything :) Nothing really, everything was pretty good.

Staff especially Brian is very friendly and helpful. Room is big enough for 4 persons. A bit pricey but still acceptable.

Great location and super helpful staff. We realised that I left my Apple AirPods in the room, Han took our WhatsApp call and got it delivered to the airport - at 1am in the morning! Just extraordinary stuff!

We changed to q family room which has balcony and big space. The bed is very comfy and the locatiom is perfect, we didn't call qny grab, you can walk to anywhere you want. It's a great place to stay while you in Honai. Thank Mai who help us arrange tour and shuttle. Its a good experience for our family.

The staff service was very helpful and friendly and the room so clean and good smells. Although the room was good but the front room with balcony is too noisy due to the hotel is beside the main road.
