I have stayed at this hotel location a few times before, but what made this trip stand out was one of the hotel staff, Nhi! She is extremely helpful, kind. Breakfast is quite nutritious with delicious Vietnamese dishes.

Located in a good area of Ho Chi Minh so it's easy to get around. We skipped breakfast most days so can't comment on that, but the staff were friendly and nice.

I stayed three nights from 28/03 to 02/03. Location & staff. The tiles in my bedroom This is a very good value hotel. Decor fairly bland in general and I would say confused in my room. No safety deposit box. If you are a meat eater breakfast is good. If, like me, you are a vegetarian, then choice is limited. Fruit choice is poor. On the second night of my stay n Indian family of 5 people checked in. They made it known they were vegan and requested a good fruit choice. I made it known that I was also happy to eat vegan so that was six of us.The receptionist stated that she would make it known to the chef. The following morning all but one of the dishes contained meat and there was no improvement in the selection of fruit. I thought this was very disrespectful. So if you are a vegetarian/vegan this hotel is not for you. I stayed in a sister hotel, the Nicecy Boutique Hotel, for 5 nights about 3 weeks ago. It's a nicer hotel but the staff in both hotels are equally nice and helpful.... The breakfast in the Nicecy Boutique Hotel was a lot better and that hotel did far more to accommodate vegetarians than in Nicecy Saigon Hotel

Room is very cool. Bao at the front desk was especially enthusiastic, making the stay that much better. There are many places to explore near the area.

Highly recommend staying here. It's a great location, close to the mall. The bed is also very comfortable, the TV is newer. The only downside is with an old build and some rooms don't have a view but this is not a problem.

Great. Impressed with the friendly staff: receptionist, housekeeping, Supervisor, Bell boy... Always a positive experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
