Second time staying with them. Great hospitality, I would highly recommend staying here. Location is on quiet street. 20-30 mins walk to city centre - we took different routes each time and got to see many different shops. There is also a bus stop 5 mins walk away that gets you straight into the city / to district 2.

Great value. Convenient central location. Decent size room. Comfortable sprung mattress. Clean. Check-in/check-out quick and easy. The owners seem friendly and gave me a couple of bottles of water for free. There was even a SNES in the room although I didn't try it... A bit noisy in the morning, but that's hard to avoid in Vietnam. Also I found the pillows too solid.

The location was amazing and the lady and her son were super friendly and helpful. I will stay again if I'm back. The bathroom had a bit of standing water after a shower so they should put a little scraper or mop to push the water to the drain.

Nice place in a relatively quiet part of town, lots of eateries and easy to get to centre of District 1. Pleasant mom and son partnership appear to run the joint. Top floor room is up some stairs.,.I think five flights so be warned on that. All good! Everything fine.

Lots of stairs for the top room but we knew that coming in. Highly recommend for the price as everything in district one is very close and easy to walk or get a GRAB. Staff are VERY helpful and friendly and even let us leave our bag there while we went traveling. Would recommend highly for the price and the service. Stairs but we knew that was coming and if we can be fair even our same size hotels had stairs.

We had a awesome time although my girlfriend got sick on our flight. The owners got her medicine and soup. Super lovley. We felt like being part of the family Nothing to complain
