Great location, very easy access to everything. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Value for money. Could hear the noise from outside through the window. The place could do with a detailed clean, lots dust in room and corridor floor not clean.

Polite staff, they show professionalism and enthusiasm everytime when we need assistance, many tks. We booked 2 types of rooms, Studio (no windows) and Cozy (with windows), the amenities are the same but the one with the window is nicer and more comfortable, I recommend choosing this one. The hallway is carpeted and the floor in the room is wooden, so it feels warm, completely different from other hotels of the same class I've stayed in in Vietnam. Very satisfied, my family booked 1 night here and extended 2 more nights. For someone who need, I took a photo of the bus 109, from airport dirrectly to the hotel.

Location was great for getting on the airport bus. The local food market is just outside. The toilet seat was of different model and should be easily fixed.

Our stay at Sogo was pretty good. Location was perfect, staff was great and the room had all the basics. It was the most affordable option in central and it was walking distance to almost everything you should see in Ho Chi Minh! The staff, specially Bob, were very friendly and helpful everytime we needed help with something. Lastly the room was pretty good, strong AC, comfy bed, soft pillows, strong water pressure and hot water and we got the daily free water, toiletries and towels when we asked. 😊

They get us in a room in the middle of the floor that has no windows. In my opinion is the best room that you can stay cause you are in the center and it's always noisy so with this way you can't hear anything in the night and you can sleep really well. The guys in the reception they were always with a smile and the answer any question that we had. We had a really nice stay

Great central location, helpful staff. Big, comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom The room could’ve been cleaner. The towels had some spots ok then and some hair. In general the room wasn’t dirty but also felt like it wasn’t cleaned properly between guests. There was also no room cleaning during the the stay.

nice amount of space, location was great, staff were very friendly, clean, great value for money. right outside a market. not the hotels fault but we had very noisy neighbours. the rooms were not soundproofed so we could hear them chatting and knocking on one another doors.
