Amazing staff & great location. we recommend this place and would come back! Situated in quiet street, ask your taxi or Grab driver to drop you at main road, no cars can enter here, you must walk. Easy to find if you use Google maps. The beds are hard. The entry door on main floor is waking us up every time somebody comes in. Maybe the staff could put up a sign saying : “don’t smash the door”

A great well equipped bed sitter located in an area within easy walking/grab scooter distance from town. Super and helpful, friendly staff. My recommendation would be an extra sheer curtain to give some further privacy as you are very close to your neighbours if your unit is in the front road.

The room and location was great. Central enough but in a quiet neighborhood. Room amenities met expectations.

The location is Excellent and is a walking distance from many good restaurants, tourist attractions and the famous walking street (5 to 30 minutes). The bed was comfortable which is NOT a common thing in Vietnam (at least from my experience). Also, it is located right next to a great laundry service (cost me 100,000 VND for a week of clothes). They have smart TV with Netflix which is great for relaxing. AC works well and the bathrooms are great (not a wet bathroom like most hotels). The only thing I didn't like is not even their fault but the other tourists fault. Many clap the door when they come back which waked me up every single time. Netflix often got disconnected but the staff quickly fixed it every time it happened.

The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size room with reasonable amount of natural light and the price was fairly reasonable for the inner hub of Ho Chi Minh City. A kitchen with a hotplate and basic cutlery and cookware was part the room together with a small but comfy sofa. While this accommodation is reasonably central it is located in a veritable maze of alleyways and tiny streets some distance from the main road, so locating it is difficult without relying on Google maps.

The location was great. Very quiet but close to the action and the main party street for foreigners was only around a 10 minute walk away. I felt the AC could've been a bit colder but it was good enough for our stay.
