Very comfortable bed and nice duvet. The aircon worked well and the room was spacious and cleaned everyday with replacement towels daily. Great location right in the centre of the old quarter. The hot water ran out after 2 mins in the shower. The WIFI was some of the worst we have encountered over 11 months of travel.

It was in a good location in the Old Quarter. They had all the amenities necessary. We only stayed for one night but were treated well by staff. Fine for a shorter stay! Room could have been cleaner - but not a big deal.

The Hotel is located in the old quarter of Hanoi, 10 min walk to Food Street and 5 min to the lake. The staff was very friendly. We could check in late and leave our luggage there after check out. Perfectly situated for our bus connection in the Old Quarter. The complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits were a nice surprise. There is also a nice massage studio nearby. We arrived at night and we had some problems when locating the hotel. There is only a door on the street and then a corridor leads inside to the reception.

The staff was great; especially Huyen (Yen) with whom I already telephoned from Australia to verify the twin room. She also organized the shuttle bus to Halong Bay and warned us of the change in pick up location. The complimentary coffee/tea and Marie biscuits were a nice touch. The room was reasonably quiet considering there was a nightclub nearby. Good location with most attractions within walking distance. A discount for lengthier stays would be a bonus.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, in the middle of the old quarter, everything is 5 minutes walking. Slightly older than it seems in the pictures.

Was perfectly situated for our bus connection in the Old Quarter. Was clean and staff very pleasant.. quirt room, firm but comfortable mattress. Really great to have the ability to make tea and coffee and have a kettle. Nice not to have a wet room but a separate shower. Pillows were a bit old so not supportive. Otherwise it was a great place for a night

The Hotel is directly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was super friendly. We could check in late, leave our luggage there after check out and use the laundry service they offered.

I had the superior double room: quite small, but if you solo travel is quite enough. Bathroom is decent sized. Very clean! Housekeeping coming to clean every day. Location is very good, close to the lake. You can pay for the room by card. Very nice staff! It's a pretty good option for a budget stay, but mostly for solo l would say (for this room size). 🙋🏻‍♀️ My travel tips & recommendations on insta: deea_journey The room is a bit old, but in a decent shape. No outside window, just one towards other rooms but with a privacy wall. So you can never the weather haha. Ac working well, but wifi is sometimes loosing the connection. Not a big problem if you are not doing video calls or work that requires stable internet. There is a slight damp smell that you notice only when you enter the room. But don't seem to be noticeable when in the room for long time.

Good location, friendly staff, very functional room. Very quiet at night - this was our second stay, which says a lot! Window looked into a shaft with almost no daylight.
