The location is amazing. We had a beach villa and it was absolutlty fantastic Unfortunately, they have a lot of unprepared staff. This is something that we didn’t expect from a 5* hotel. One day, we couldn’t order some pizza dor the kolids because they closed the beach restaurant in the afternoon due to too many ordera. This is unacceptable for a Melia Hotel. In order to bring some water or beers to the table, we needed to wait for 30-40’ and the moment they brought them, they were worm. While the reason it took them so long was that they need it to keep them to cool down. In terms of services, I think is the worst we encountered in many years.

staffs are really friendly and try their best to help. Beach is really nice and clean. There was an issue with our villa toilet, and they upgraded it to a better location. we enjoyed our time in PhuQouc. The hotel shop could be better , to offer some more stuff like swim suits, sun glasses, etc, whatever you might need for a short stay.

We loved the location, size of the villa and having your own pool that was reasonably private. The buggy drivers that picked you up from your villa were always friendly and courteous. The free shuttle buses were always prompt and spotless There was no cutlery in the kitchen if you decided to prepare anything yourself. I made 3 requests to the hotel before we arrived, one was confirmed but the other 2 I never heard back from the hotel even after providing my personal email

The pool , beach, rooms etc was very clean and top notch. The staff and service was very good. Breakfast was amazing. We loved our experience here. It's very near to all vinpearl attractions like Wonderworld, safari, grand world and their are shuttle busses going from the resort very half an hour which makes it very comfortable. The kids club and all activities and staff at kids club are excellent. Firstly I so liked the vietnamese coconut coffee and it was in the menu but in our seven nights stay I didn't get it a single time. They said they are out of coconut milk.. but I wonder how the staff was making pinacoladas?? As Sabia bar there were some special cocktails which we wanted to try but they were also not available all 7 nights of our stay. The staff is very courteous but difficult to communicate as language is the issue. Also they had said us an activity schedule before coming through mail. But later when we went for activities they said it was an old version and changed. But they took special efforts for us to arrange an coffee workshop when requested. Very restraunt we had to explain them and ask for the kids menu. It's there but they don't share. Even for room service they don't share the kids menu unless ask for. Also only on the last day we came to know that they sever indian breakfast if asked for. It has to offer many things but due to communications issues it's difficult. The kitchen is big in villa but of no use as there are no utensils to heat or plates.

The Villa was huge and very well equipped. The pool was well kept, clean and a good temperature. The buggies to get around were plentiful and we didn’t have to wait for more than a few minutes for the whole stay. Whenever we rang for a buggy they were at our villa straight away. Breakfasts were of a very good quality and huge choice for east and west tastes. The beach was stunning and had plenty of beds available. We had a small issue while we were there and the management dealt with it immediately and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend the Melia There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

A very nice resort , lovely villas - so spacious etc Comfortable & relaxing. But generally it was excellent staying here. No fire alarm system; some buildings in poor condition for a resort that was finished in 2017/18. Full kitchen in villa but not able to use as no equipment utensils. Which made things not easy as we travelled with our 2 children 5& 2 years old.

The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable and the private pool at the villa overlooking the lake was amazing. At the late breakfast finish time and at late in the evening you had to wait a lengthy time for transport to your villa.
