Location is very good, close to many attractions, beach is wonderful, villas are very homey Food variety could be improved, maybe having a couple of restaurants with different cuisines would help. The “greek/mid east” restaurant can definitely be improved

Probably the biggest place we have ever rented. We were in the 3 bedroom lake apartment with private pool. The room upstairs especially was ridiculously large. The tuk tuks to take you to reception, the beach or wonderworld were only a 5 minute wait maximum. The resort is very close to Vinwonders theme park, you can actually walk (not that we did) we had a tuk tuk take us and the bus brought us back. The theme park was awesome with the kids, hardly anyone there and no waiting to get on the rides. The resort pool is lovely with a swim up bar. Slight smell, but you got used to it once you were inside the apartment for a while. The air-conditioning was hard to control to get a cool but not freezing temperature. As the location is quite remote, it would have been nice to have a shop on the site to buy supplies rather than having to go into Grand World (markets at grand world were basically non existant and many shops closed). Reception would only accept an up front cash or card payment of a nominated amount to be able to charge things to your room at the hotel. I found this frustrating as I didn't want to have to pay international transaction fees for money that would possibly be reimbursed later without maybe a reimbursement in an international fee. All other places we stayed in Vietnam just let us charge the room and pay on checkout

Very good breakfast and huge size villa with nice beach The first night when I arrived, there was hairs(long) on the floor of bathroom, house keeping needs to clean more carefully The staffs were very very kind but they will be better to have more fluent English communication skills.

Great service and hospitality by the staff, everything was very efficient, from the check-in to buggy service to breakfast, all very organised. Resort was also very clean, breakfast was good with lots of variety, room was very huge and spacious! Love that it's so close to all the themepark attractions and free shuttle included. Beach was fantastic and clean waters. The interior of the rooms looked a little aged, may need a little upgrade in the furnitures. Dinner at Taras was poor, food quality and taste could have been better.

- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book! - WiFi was patchy in our room - the hotel doesn't have a diaper changing facility. You have to go back to your room to change a baby's diaper. Very odd. They should put one in the kids club. - curtains and sofas in the villa (6530) had stains and need refreshing - had to pay extra for 'western' coffee at the breakfast buffet. Only Vietnamese coffee is included.

Service was exceptional, all interactions were professional, genuine and positive. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn’t a wide variety of dinning options onsite and no laundry facilities for families.

The villa was nice and spacious with direct access to the beautiful beach. Excellent breakfast spread. Vietnamese food at the restaurant was also excellent. Super enjoyable experience for our 2 year old, with the zoo, safari, aquarium, etc. No drinking water in the villa the day we reached. Took multiple phone calls to get water. No utensils, plates, cutlery in the villa kitchen and empty minibar.

The main pool is stunning and it feels amazing in the heat. Steps away from the theme parks makes it a almost perfect. Everything felt overpriced. The spa and sauna was bit small and had a funky smell.
