Ms. Vy is an excellent and very experienced host. The place is kept pristine and the location is ideal to explore district 1 of the city. Highlight of the stay: Ms. Vy's annotated printed map, which helps you learn the city by heart in a single glance. A superbly useful token and a wonderful memento of our visit. Google maps has got nothing on this!

Great location, lovely staff! Room was clean and comfortable enough. Air-con great. Room was small but had everything you needed. Welcomed with a delicious lime drink which was a really nice touch.

Very warm hospitality of Ms Vy. Small, cozy and clean rooms. Very detailed guidance on how to get to the location, and where to spend best time in Saigon. Easy and rapid acces to bus stations, markets and entertainment areas in D1.

We really enjoyed staying here. From the very beginning Ms Vy met us with an welcome drink and provided us a short guidance on where to find the best places for sightseeing, food, transportați în and entertainment. The rooms are daily cleaned, cozy and small, ideal for couples like us. We strongly recommend this accomodation very closed to the airport bus stations (109 and 152), Central Market and Bui Vien Street.
We have not identified any negative things.

Just perfect! I got a bit sic and vy postponed my trips I already booked and even managed that I can stay in the room I night longer! Extraordinary!

The room had a comfy bed and we couldn't hear outside noise. There was an air conditioner, cupboard and even a power board with USB slots which came in handy. Vy and her family were extremely helpful in helping us with our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vy Kanh guesthouse. Vy is an excellent host and goes above and beyond for her guests. Vy has drawn up a map of the area for her guests, with tips on places to visit and the best eating places to check out which helped us enormously. The guesthouse is on a quiet side street, in a very convenient location for all the sights in District 1 and only a couple of minutes walk to the lively Bui Vien walking street. Our room was very comfortable with quiet air con and a great hot water shower. Thank you so much Vy for making our stay so wonderful.

The location is amazing, very close to the walking street although it wasn't noisy. It is a quaint accommodation and the staff were amazing, giving us a very informed map of where to eat/what to do etc. They helped to arrange our Cu Chi Tunnel tour which was amazing. There is a security guard who locks the doors and lets you in/out in the evening so it is very safe. The room was not the biggest but served its purpose and had a double bed.
The shower was a little cold.
