We were happy to have chosen this hotel for our first nights in Vietnam. It is cosy and everyone made you feel so welcome! As it was in a little alley with shops, cafes and little restaurants it felt like ‚real vietnam‘, great for individual travellers like us. The beds were comfortable and at night we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view and the fresh air. The AC worked fine, very quiet and efficiently. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of food. Kelly at the reception went out of her way to help us with booking onward travel and suggestions. We enjoyed talking to her. Daniel and Will were great too. We were well looked after by Nick, Pete and Ricky, and Anna and Rosa cleaned our room perfectly. Thank you all! All was really great!

THE HOTEL STAFF WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. They were more than willing to help you out with all of your needs. The only issue was Findlay the place. It is on Avery narrow street. You have to pay attention to the map that is on Booking.Com website. Google maps gives you the wrong directions. The taxi drivers do not know where it is

The location to town was brilliant, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, the restaurant was small but perfectly formed and the place was very clean. Didn’t have a bedroom window. I knew that going in and was fine with it, especially for the first stop of our visit where we were jet lagged and didn’t want sun blaring in on us on day one. A few ants in breakfast fruits but again it was like 2 ants and was at the end of the breakfast service where they’d had 4 hours or so to make their way to it.

The confy bed Friendly front desk and porter staff The group of men drinking at the front entrance, who crowded in around my friend as she tried to walk up the stairs. It made her feel very uncomfortable 😕 and if your a solo female traveller best not to stay at this hotel.

We had an unexpected upgrade, got room #602 with a a beautiful terrace! Staff super friendly and nice Better signs - not easy to find
