The hotel is beautiful, good smell, beautiful gardens in the way to the room.
Two amazing pools, with clean towels.
The staff is amazing, they have a lot of recommended restaurants, and helps a lot to book attractions, and to rent a motorbike.
There is a option to pick a bike, and shuttles from the hotel for free.
The room is *clean*, big and with balcony, bathroom very impressive, with lot of tools.
The Laundry - we sent our clothes in a box to the laundry, which included white and colored clothes, we expected that the white will not mixed with the colored, but it does, some of the white completely ruined, no smell at all, and the price expensive.
The Spa - the massage is expensive, is good but not amazing - not worth the cost for my opinion, and, no relaxing music which is make the situation a little bit awkward.
If u want taxi, better to close with Grab application, is a little bit more expensive from the hotel.

Everything. An oasis off the main street and short hop to old Quarter. Opposite a river and paddy fields but with all basic facilities near by such as very good restaurants, a decent bar, tailor, laundry and massage/nail bar. Staff exceptional and always felt welcomed. Especially enjoyed company of Thomas, Henry, Niaomi and Kim. Exceptional gardens and Two decent pools. A top Hoi An hotel.

It was a perfect stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful especially Naomi, Henry and huong. We really enjoyed our time and would book this place again.

Super hotel! Everyone is so friendly and assisting us with nice smile. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, breakfast is yummy and variety food.

Majority of staff, facilities, decorations, welcome drink
Breakfast waitress. I told them that there is no desert available and she told me wait for a short moment and she was going to clean all tables around even though there was no more guess waiting for the table and many clean tables were there. She didnot know how to set priority and let me wait for very long time until I needed to tell other staff to get a desert spoon for me. And the breakfast was chaotic, many things were running out, too less staff at peak hour from 7:00-8:00.

Breakfast choice was very good, small but important point was addressed reasonably well, IN SUCH HOT CONDITIONS please put ice blocks over the butter dish to prevent the butter going rancid!
The notice in the bathroom clearly states that re-using towels saves the Earth etc. and only put towels on the floor when they need changing! Why oh why does housekeeping change absolutely all the towels every day, even when we left ours on the dryer rail and never wanted wasteful changes??
Get it sorted please if you mean to save the Earth!

We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and the service at Ahoy is the best we have ever encountered. Everything is very new and clean, the wonderful large pool, rooms spacious, comfortable and extremely clean with balcony. Staff is extraordinarily friendly and eager to help you with all your problems and needs.
