The villa was amazing, having all the space and our own pool made the stay all the more comfortable A small laundry along with crockery would have been great

This is a hidden gem. It's situated about 7 klms from town but the resort runs a shuttle. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. All of the amenities are great and rooms are terrific. Our room as often not cleaned until 5pm, which is when you are getting ready to go to town for dinner. The command of English by staff is not great so communication can at times be problematic.

Everything! Free shuttle into town day and night. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. The villa was awesome! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus extra guest toilet downstairs. Spacious and relaxing. Top quality linen. Lots of bathroom products supplied - even bath salts. Top views of the beach. Spacious grassy area. Top notch inclusions in the villa. Huge pillows. Balcony on top level overlooking pool and beach. Free shuttle into old town during the day and evening. One of the best breakfast buffets Ive ever experienced. Loved the private pool at the villa. Beach is out the front with a lifeguard on duty from 6-6. Full bar/food service provided at the beach area. The highlight of our stay was the bbq party dinner at the villa. Cannot recommend enough. The details the staff went to was incredible. Everything went so well. The food was amazing and service exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Better supplies in the kitchen would be helpful. But management told me they are planning to fit out the kitchens in the future so that will be good. The beach/sand was not very clean. Too choppy during our stay to swim in anyway. But could be improved if the rubbish was removed. Not visible from the villa/resort - only when you go for a walk down to the beach.

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice of cuisine. Lovely environment, beautiful enormous swimming pool. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. All food options were excellent.

Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic, facilities, staff, food etc. Only downside is that it is located a fair way from old town and has very little of anything within walking distance. However, knowing this we still came back for 2nd visit as the hotel itself is great. A huge bonus is the massive swimming pool, overlooking ocean with view across to Cham Islands. As mentioned, location is not perfect.

Extremely clean with very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was amazing! The pool area very relaxing.

The manager was very helpful with organising a late checkout. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was first class,especially the coconut coffee. Nothing to add.

Chilled environment. Right on the beach with a huge pool, staff were friendly, attentive and always looking looking to assist. It was relaxing. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the old town. Everything was good

the staff were amazing, the breakfast was superb, the location and outlook was lovely as was the size and design of the Villa. the gym is also excellent as is the little spa lady and minimart just outside the gate. the damp problem in the Villa . there is clearly rising damp in the walls that created a bad mouldy smell when we first arrived and less so after they put anti humidifiers in and the doors were open. they are working to fix it.
