This was our best stay in Vietnam! What a wonderful staff and superb hotel! . Location of the hotel is great, with the free bicycles from the hotel you are within 10 min in the Ancient Town. An Nang Beach is 10 min drive (grab) from the hotel and you can make use of the beds at Dolphin Kitchen & Bar. Nice restaurants, spa’s in the street nearby the hotel. The Pool is great! Breakfast is good, great mix between Western and Asian breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will come back! We had an issue with hot water but this was fixed immediately by the staff

We had an exceptional experience at our stay at Hadana! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The services offered by the hotel were top-notch, from room service to tour bookings. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. 5 stars, and I can't wait to return! N/A

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Room was adequate size, although could be bigger. Nice to have a balcony. Power tripped on a number of occasions. However the maintenance team were quick to fix.

Relaxed atmosphere, big cool room, lovely pool and staff. Nice link with dolphin bar at the beach, we used bikes to get there, was pretty easy and flat even if it was mid 30s Celcius . A bit of a walk to the old town

Everything about Hadana was perfect. The old french style & feel about the hotel was great, the location just outside old town meant quiet from the traffic but still only 700m from all the shops. The food was great all day, rooms spacious & clean, pool great all day protected & quiet & the staff, Ngan especially, were helpful in every way organising our tours & making our stay the best in our time across Vietnam. We recommend Hadana to everyone & will definitely be back. Nothing,was perfect

Great pool and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good, although the high chairs on offer were usually dangerous as my son couldn't be strapped in and was intent on standing most of the time. Our bed was horribly squeaky - as in you roll over and it made a terrible noise, bad for the two people that slept in it. Guessing it was just very old. Pillows were also not great even though I asked for new ones, they were still not comfortable. One was far too high, then the next one I got was non-existent and still uncomfortable. Standard hotels - one million light switches and you still cannot see. One million light switches and you can't work out which one does what. Pretty frustrating.

Absolutely loved it! The hotel staff were nothing short of exceptional. As we were checking in, a member of staff sat down with us and recommended lots of local restaurants, shops and tailors. The room itself was very clean and breakfast had a great variety of choices. Location was perfect, walking distance to all the local tourist attractions.
