Hotel is stylish and cozy in central location Personel is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast at the restaurant with top view. The hotel has also nice open bar at the top. Everything was great

Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The breakfast team - Alice, Anna, and colleagues - were exceptional. Location to Train street and other eateries is very convenient. Noise from the lift area (outside our door), the traffic noise, were most unfortunate.

The staff was very kind. When we arrived at the hotel at 6am, they let us rest at lobby. When we came back at the hotel at 12pm, they tried their best to prepare the room for us so that we can check in earlier, and prepared a simple drink for us. They even send up our laundry to our room. Nil

Breakfast was excellent, a wide choice of dishes and freshly cooked eggs or omeletes. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Situated a short walk from the old area and just around the corner from train, excellent location. Lovely roof bar too. Unfortunately the building next door had renovations going on that started around 7:30am, this somewhat disturbed our stay but i completely understand that this is out of the hotels control. However, I do think we should have been pre-warned about this.

This property was absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly located close to every possible attraction. The room was exquisite and the staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and the roof bar just gorgeous. I would book here every time I come to Hanoi.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. This hotel is very well located and has a very good cost-benefit rapport. I felt like being hosted in a Vietnamese home. I believe the pillows should be replaced as they are very tall. One can also expect some noise from the street and also from the corridor. Acoustic isolation could be improved. That being said, I highly recommend this hotel.
