Lan is an excellent host who was very responsive from the beginning. The building is located in a great area right in the heart of Old Quarter and a 3 minute walk from the infamous train. Our room was well sized and we had a nice breakfast every morning. When our Airport taxi did not show up, Lan was very helpful in contacting him, which was much appreciated.

Amazing service from Lan - she was totally delightful from start to end. Rooms exceptionally clean. The property is so cute and tucked away behind a restaurant - which just adds to the experience. Great little plant covered balcony where you can watch the city life go by. Amazing value for money! Nothing

Lan and her two friendly helpers was so helpful and hospitable. Thank you for a very comfortable and cosy home. Everything was nice and clean. Excellent location. Breakfast was very good and we even received a take-away breakfast for an early departure.

The manager Vuong was super helpful and helped me book transportation to my next stop in the trip. The room was very spacious and despite the noise outside it was pretty quiet inside once you closed the doors.

That place was a relaxing oasis in the chaos of Hanoi. We stayed just for one night, but loved the comfort of the room and the awesome breakfast in the morning. -

1. The property is a 3 minute walk from the train street 2. The host is exceptionally warm. She went out of the way to make us feel welcomed. She made us the best tea we had in Vietnam and accommodated our needs to the best of her ability. 3. The room was clean and fulfilled all basic requirements. For people with limited mobility, this property may pose a challenge as you have to go up 3 flight of stairs to reach your room. There are no lifts available.

Lana is an amazing host. She took care of me and my friends. Everything was set at the best level. The location is great offering proximity to other areas of interest. Lana ensured that my stay is pleasant and I enjoyed it completely. The place is a little cramped up at the entrance and certain areas

Lan and her colleagues are really nice people, they made me very welcome. Lan is a really helpful and fun person who will go out of her way. The house is spotlessly clean. It's a very nice place to stay. My room had no window, but it had lots of facilities.

- We stayed twice in the secret garden and had two different rooms which both were very nice and comfortable. - The house is located near old quarter Hanoi so you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. - The public balcony allows you to observe the crazy traffic in Hanoi. ;-) - Lan is very kind and helped organizing transporation for us. The two Vietnamese ladies who take care of the rooms and the breaksfast are polite and helpful as well. - We always had breakfast which was really delicious. If you do not like hotels as we do this is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Nothing worth mentioning.
