The property is very nice and clean. The location is very central. Breakfast also very good as well as the staff. It happened that one our T-shirt was lost during washing service and they gave all the best to find it. They didn't found it before our departere but insisted to puy us taxi to the airport as an apology. I really appriciate their effort. It was sometimes hard to get the glas on the breakfast (you should as for it or take from the other table. This is the only I can remember.

By far the best hotel/staff we stayed in so far. Exceptionally friendly staff & very professional. The hotel itself is top notch very good location in hanoi old town (e.g. train street 2min by food). We had the suite and it was absolutly gorgeous. Nothing to complain everything was simply amazing

Quiet while sleeping at night, great views from the rooftop bar and pool and great water pressure in the shower. Property is in great condition Breakfast was average and bed not so comfortable.

The place looks amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you - a big shout out to Jenny, Louis, Lee, Chloe and Nghiem who made us extra welcome It was also my first experience of a toilet with a remote control - loved the heated seat option I would definitely love to stay there again Everything was perfect

Our rooms were just as pictured, beautiful and close to all the nearby Museums, Lake and train street. The hotel staff were so welcoming and accommodating that we happily returned to the hotel after our trip to Halong Bay. The staff kept our luggage while we were away. Overall great hotel, with good food and great atmosphere. The bed was a bit firm for me

Small hotel in the very heart of the city. Just one block away from the famous railway. Extremely friendly staff who were very helpfull with booking tours and guides. Really to be recommended to everybody. The rooms are rather small, which maks it somewhat difficult to place your luggage. But the beds are perfect and the place is very clean, so that makes up for the lack of space.

the location was the perfect spot for hanoi first timers. all sights and countless restaurants are only minutes away from the hotel. the staff is amazing - very helpful, speaking english very well and serving you with all the information you need to have a good trip. additionally - ask them for trips all over vietnam - they are checking their network and are doing a hell of a job on their research! we were a group of 4 choosing two identical rooms of the same category. unfortunately there was a decent difference regarding the size of the rooms. overall not too bad, but a bit weird.
