Bed was very comfy, and room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice welcome tea :) The pool wasn’t heated and very chilly

Great location, close to everything you need. Classy hotel, lovely staff, very helpfull. Grest food in the restaraunt. Nothing, we stayed at both hanoi and hoi an aira hotel and they are both very good value.

Lovely hotel right in heart of the Old Quarter. Very close to the wonderful Train Street and a bar called Puku which I would recommend. Staff were excellent. Always polite and able to answer queries. Breakfast was good for Westerners if you like hot baguettes and bacon. Very clean. Sky bar is lovely for a late night drink apart from being a a lot pricier than everything else around it. Not the hotel's fault.. but I wouldn't stay in the Old Quarter, as around it is very chaotic. I would stay up by the Lakes where it is simply less in your face.

The staff was very friendly and organized, they were able to check us in early and organized some extra logistical assistance for us that was above and beyond what I would expect, Christine from the Aira staff was especially helpful. The location was perfect for us, in the old quarter and walkable to the parts of the city we wanted to see. I would absolutely stay here again, Hanoi was a great place to visit for photography, food, and overall experience.

Lovely room, such kind staff who helped us with everything we needed! They even arranged a birthday cake for my husband, which was a really nice touch. The location was also perfect, really close to the train street, which was really fun!

Great restaurant for breakfast and other meals, exceptionally helpful staff. Great position just outside the old town with train Street just around the corner which is highly recommended. The open air bar was too cold to use when we were there and wine was a bit pricey.

Location was great - less than 5 minute walk to the famous Train Street. Loved the pool - cold to get in to at first but warmed up once I got moving. Bedroom was clean, great size and even though on a main ride, incredibly quiet - which is exactly what I wanted. Staff were very friendly and readily accommodated the requests that I made. The only disappointing thing was that the bar was deserted when I went there for a drink - not the hotels fault but would have helped to provide some atmosphere.
