Nice and clean throughout. Probably the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Very nice hosts. The fruit was almost finished when we went down for breakfast

Amazing hotel. In the heart of the Hanoi old quarter, but resides on a quiet peaceful street that is close to everything. Staff are wonderful and helpful, truly could not recommend more.

Lovely staff! Very helpful and friendly. Can help out with activities and more. Location is perfect if you want to be in old city center! Breakfast is nice, lots of fruit and you can pick something to eat and drink that they freshly prepare, like toast with eggs, soup or pancakes. Did not like the coffee and breakfast room was rather small, but honestly: very nice accommodation.

I spent 8 days in this hotel. This hotel is close to Old Quarter. Wonderful to enjoy Old Quarter night market and go back to the hotel late at night. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. I liked breakfast in the dining room, too. You could choose one menu out of ten options. Plus, they always had fresh fruits and a variety of menus keep changing every day. Hot water/shower is possible. Quiet at night. Easy to find this hotel on the street. Nothing.

Location, location, location! 50m from train street. Staff very helpful, especially the young man in the mornings gave us lots of good recommendations on local eateries and places to go. Good shower, nice size bathroom. Quiet room. Girlfriend liked the breakfast. For all the faults we would stay again due to location and staff. No window in standard rooms. Please all note. This only came to light after we booked. No mention before. We had an email exchange with booking.com about the advertisement, but nothing they can do. Room very small double bed against wall on one side, dresser and wardrobe floor space limited. Smell of smoke on floor and in room even though non smoking hotel. Young man did his best but as full no other rooms he did provide a atomiser. Breakfast ok, choose one item on list but as much as you want from small buffet area. One small coffee or tea.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, and the location is great! We booked the suite and the room was a little tired and in need of a bit of a refresh.

Very central location, easy to get around. Staff were lovely. Breakfast okay, could be better, but nothing worth a major note. Excellent location if you want to be by Train Street. Because it is very close (across the road) from the famous Train Street, it can be quite loud for most of the day/night, but it’s manageable with ear plugs.
