The hotel was in the middle of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our every need (booking trips, questions, tips, etc..) and were always very friendly. The room was nice and clean.\nMaybe more options for breakfast but It was still good :)

The Hotel is located at the Old Quarter, it's just 5 minutes walk going to the Hanoi train Street.. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.There are also some good restaurants around the area. They also offer some tours at a reasonable price.. Highly recommended.. Will definitely stay again.\nNothing..

The property was amazing. Super clean, great location, nice decor, and the room had everything I needed. But most of all, the staff was incredible. I was only here a short time but Lovy, Tony and all of the others were fantastic. They were super attentive, always there to help, and they had great recommendations and were repeatedly checking in to make sure I was having a good time and had everything taken care of. I took a boat to ha long bay on the day of checkout, and they even offered to keep my bags safe for me until after I returned the next day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!\nI honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

My family and I like so much the staff's warm service and their enthusiasm to serve customers, they made every effort to make sure all our requests are fulfilled with utmost satisfaction. Staff from the front desk to restaurant like Lovy, Phamh, Mia, Tony, Daisy, Elerabeth and some others whose names are not known to us, they are all treating customers very warm and made us feel at home. The food at the restaurant for breakfast is freshly prepared and healthy to keep us energized to start our busy daily tour itinerary, they even prepared breakfast earlier than operating hours for us to catch our early morning flight, couldn't thank much for this heartfelt action. The hotel is conveniently located at the centre of everything so much so that we always have something to do at every moment. The room and beds are all well kept, sparkling clean and comfy for us to rest well, lastly, we are truly happy for the value of money for the family suites that we paid for.\nRoom with a balcony especially facing the main road needs improvement for the sound proof system so that the vehicle's noise from the road is not disturbing sleep at night.

Our stay at Eliana Premio was amazing. Want to personally thank Mia, Lovy, Phuong Anh, Tham, Vivian, Tom, Aika, Nghia for taking care of all our needs and answering all of our questions patiently. The place is very clean, has amazing breakfast and the location is in the heart of Old Quarter. Would 100% recommend this place for your stay in Hanoi.\nAll was great, nothing to complain about.
