Room and bed was comfy. Staffs and cleaning lady were friendly. Lift is operating quite slow. Breakfast space too small and not many variety to choose from.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Staff were so helpful. Andy was a fantastic stand out staff member and even walked us and our luggage to the end of the street to meet our bus pick up when it couldn't fit down the street. Highly recommend!

Hotel is just perfect! We were so impressed that we decided to stay at the hotel again on our last day in Hanoi. The location is great as it is so close to all the chaos 😀 Staff were so attentive and extremely helpful.And not to mention how comfy the beds are!! We loved it! There was nothing that we didn't like
