The staffs are so friendly and sweet! Everyone deal with our problems as soon as possible. And it was sooooo reasonable!!!!!!! All was perfect, but it was difficult to find the hotel. To be honest, the restaurant in front of the hotel is not clean though hotel was so nice.

As a first time traveler in Vietnam, this is the perfect base. It’s in a good location but hidden away from the loudness of the main street, meaning you don’t get overwhelmed. The friendly staff were also ideal for helping us familiarise ourselves with Hanoi - from SIM cards to recommendations for good food and entertainment.

Great location in the Old Quarter and staff were super lovely and helpful! Perfect for a few nights in Hanoi if you are looking for a basic, budget friendly option. Bit older than the photos but no issues!

very friendly staff, expecialy the girl at the reception - she saved our day and next flight! We forgot our passports from the safebox, a quick phone call was enough and she promptly sent a second driver with our documents to the airport - wow! In addition, such a smiling and willing to talk person like her I have never met at the front desk of any hotel - mega plus :) Of course, she was not the only one who was helpful and smiling, but with her we had the most pleasure to talk ;) Broken window, but when we reported this the frontdesk staff fixed this in the same day

The location was very convenient. It’s in the heart of Hanoi old town. All the things to see was a convenient walk away. Staff goes over and beyond to help out. We rented both the double occupancy and triple occupancy rooms. Triple occupancy was comfortably large. Whereas the double occupancy rooms were tiny. Wish I’d known earlier and I could’ve booked all triple occupancy rooms.
