The room was very comfortable , clean and enough space for three of us. The breakfast buffet was good, very nice freshly cooked options too. The location was amazing! Right in the heart of it all! Close to many restaurants, and a lot of night time sports bars, etc, lots of tourists around. So much happening right outside the door. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and the music and noise from the street was very loud until 2 or 3am... lucky I had my ear plugs!!

The location is amazing and staff are so lovely! If you want to be in the heart of Hanoi this is the place to stay. We would also recommend booking the trips through Jackson as he really does have everything planned down to a t!

The location of the hotel is amazing! Literally right in the middle of the old quarter and almost everything is walking distance! The staff at the hotel were lovely and very accommodating, the trip we booked to Ninh Binh was really good value and would 100% recommend booking it through them. The room was clean There was no window in the room but other than that lovely!

The staff were outstanding and always happy to help with our enquiries. Our room was perfect for the two nights we were there and had a comfortable bed. We loved the breakfast included in the price. Very reasonably priced, great service and very clean.
