The location was within walking distance to many eateries. It was close to my conference. The common space was small.

Location was great for staying in Thao Dien. The little rooftop pool was quiet and served well the purpose for an afternoon dip, but it's not a good pool for small kids. Breakfast is not great, we ended up buying our own stuff to keep in the fridge.

The best part about this hotel is the very nice and service minded staff. They always go out of their way to help you with whatever problem you have. To take one example: In the room I had there was a washing machine. When I called the front desk and asked how to use it, they were very quick to send someone to my room to show me. And not only that, but they also asked if I needed hangers and a clothing rack for drying my clothes and even supplied me with free detergent for the machine. The room was also nice and the cleaners do a very good job with the cleaning. On the rooftop there’s a swimming pool and a few sun loungers. Two of the three times I used it I was the only person there, so I had a quiet time with a nice view. The area is mostly quiet and have a lot of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a bank with an ATM right around the corner. The pillows in the bed could have been a little softer. I could use towels from the room as pool towels, but it would have been better if they had larger towels meant for that purpose. The Wi-Fi was sometimes a little slow.

The hotel is located in heart of Thao Dien - expat neighbourhood in Ho Chi Minh City. A lot of good restaurants and bars around. Hotel is very nice, clean, cosy but comfortable. Staff was nice but not very helpful. We want leave luggage for couple hours after check-out, we were allowed to do it only for 1h, which didn't solve out problem the flight was at 10pm.

We extended our stay there for three days and it was so amazing. We even availed the late check out at half the price. The rooms were: 1. The 3 rooms were spacious and the bed is queen sized 2. We can do our own laundry. No dirty clothes to pack for trip back home 3. We can cook our own food 4. A convenience store, wet market, food stalls, an excellent spa services available just outside the hotel. 5. The staff were amazing 6. Cleaning services available daily. 7. Rooftop swimming pool is enjoyable

Clean, compact but room to move around. Well equipped Lovely pool on roof with only 3 Sun beds but we were on our own in the pool each day!

Great location. Walking distance from Thao Dien. Easy access for transport providers (Grab, Taxi's etc) Convenience store across the road. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony and "difficult to reach areas" were a bit dusty - could be cleaner. Not sure why there's a clothes dryer machine in the room - the space could be better used. For example a bathtub would be a great addition! Need more hooks or towel racks in bathroom. Nowhere to hang towels or robes after use.
