Location, quality, swimming pool, staff. Especially the little details are great. Little lights for do not disturb/cleaning, full black out curtains, low noise AC, fully enclosed shower, defogging mirror, plenty amenities such as sunscreen/ beauty mask, humidifier available, usb charging, japanese bidet toilet, smooth sliding doors. Great build quality! All those things on top of an already amazing hotel really elevate the experience. Toilet has low water pressure.

It's what you expect of a Japanese hotel chain. Everything is up to standard to the minute detail. The location is just perfect, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Saigon Japan Town, distant enough from the noise. If I were to nitpick, it would be that there is no smart TV.

I actually can’t fault this hotel at all! I think it’s very good value considering what you get in return - a great neighbourhood, close to the attractions, a brand new hotel which is really truly spotlessly clean and fab shower pressure. The breakfast was really good (definitely Japanese inspired but I loved it!) and we made really good use of the rooftop pool. Our room was really quiet and we weren’t disturbed at all by outside noise or other hotel guests. All of the staff were super smiley and helpful. We requested a late check out for a fee which was bliss before an international flight. After a few weeks in Vietnam, if you’re craving peace, quiet and above all, cleanliness; this is the place! We would have loved access to Netflix/streaming platforms but it really wasn’t a problem for us :)

In general a very nice hotel, very Japanese styled. Clean, tidy, modern. The hotel staff are nice and professional. Well located, perfect for business trip or a short stay in HCMC. The details such as the amenity kits, lockers for baggage storage really level up the whole experience. Probably not for families or couples who are on vacation. The hotel has basic equipment like pool and gym for the stay but falls short on dining and entertainment.

Hotel personnel was very helpful and thoughtful. This area in Saigon is pretty expensive, but due to environment nearby, it was easy to safe money on breakfast and some other expenses. Hotel also provide a lot of water, tea, and other necessities free of charge. Pool was nice, it's only 1.2m deep, and suitable maybe for only 2-3 swimming persons, but guess it's max what can do in such kind of hotels. No night light in the room, water "shield" length in bathroom is not enough, so it is easy to spill water on the bathroom floor.

Very polite and competent staff, especially at the reception. The most convenient room I have had in Vietnam. In the room available air washer, and the smart toilet surprised me in positive way also. Very authentic (Japanese) pajamas and room interior. In the room is very quiet. The hotel has a perfect location in very middle of Japanese block. Nearby all famous sites and malls in the center of the Ho Chi Minh city. This hotel was the best among others ~10 I have stayed in Vietnam. The breakfast was good, but not so diverse and European cousine represented not enough.

Excelent location, close to japanese quarter and several sightseeing points, you can walk everywhere. Super quiet and clean rooms, gym and pool are very good. Very nice staff too
