very good location. The most convenient thing is that check-out is 24 hours after check-in, and not at standard time. very cool breakfast, not so much choice: omelet or scrambled eggs, which are cooked in front of you, two ready-made dishes, jams, Nutella, toaster, several types of rolls, cheese, sausage and pate, cereal and pho soup. room cleaning every day The window in the room does not open due to which there is a musty smell.

Friendly helpful staff, room was clean and the room was cleaned everyday. As you can see from the pictures the room is small, but this is fine for a single or couple. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. The location is pretty good, it takes 10 minutes to get to a centre location. Nothing we wanted to do was to far away.

Breakfast was amazing, great variety. Really nice hotel, decor is lovely. Staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Happy hour 5pm-7pm. Check in is 24hrs which is perfect (we checked in at 11am and we were to be out by 11am on our check out day so you get your moneys worth!) overall, great stay would recommend! On the day after arrival we did not get the room made up after hanging our sign out but this wasn’t really an issue as we just requested anything we needed from reception. Centre is approx 20-30 min walk depending where you want to go but all flat.

The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Like many city hotels, space is limited and for our overnight stay that wasn't an issue but for longer stays the lack of space to have a second suitcase open could be a negative.

Bright clean and friendly hotel, young enthusiastic staff with excellent laundry and ironing facilities and a gym. Breakfast was good with some days having more choice than others. Rooms were compact but had everything you needed, and bottled water was provided every day. Great city view from bedroom windows. Request a high floor. Slight disadvantage was the distance to the main town area, although there were bars and restaurants close by.

The staff went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. We were upgraded to a dulux room. The showers are incredible with high pressure water - showering was a dream!! The rooms were small but just what we needed. Great value for money. Best hotel to stay close to everything. Most locals spoke English but Google translate came in very handy! The best thing about this hotel was the 24hr check in and out, allowed us to maximize our stay!!!! There was nothing we didn't like!

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. Modern and good vibes. Always with chill music on. The lobby is spacious and is where we have meals. The breakfast is buffet with a good variety of food (not just Asian but also western). Once the hotel is 25min by foot far from the city centre, they serve (delicious!) meals throughout the day, which is a plus. The bar is very nice with various offers of drinks. They always have free infused water for guests. Another plus is the fact that they allow check in and check out at any time (24h) which is very handy! They also have 24h laundry facility’s for guests to use. The staff, specially Glen from the bar, were always prompt to help and give suggestions about where to go, where to eat, etc! The room was modern, very clean and well maintained. The room is a little small, but very cosy and has everything - if it doesn’t you can easily ask staff to arrange and they will quickly sort it for you. However, the lobby is an awesome place to spend the day/work etc. Besides, I stayed in 11 th floor and the path from the lift to the room did not have AC and was very very hot!

Very modern hotel, the room was very clean with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was very complete with loads of options. The check-in/check-out at the same time was amazing. The bathroom it’s very small. The noise from the street can be easily hear in the room. I’ve asked for self-laundry at the hotel and was 4 times the price in compare of a laundrette next door. Breakfast was very very crowded, and sometimes they took very long to put food out.
