Absolutely amazing stay here, everything was perfect. So clean, amazing service, incredibly comfy beds, really good showers. Buffett breakfast was delicious. The spa service was insanely good!! The robes for the rooms are so comfy. Nothing!!

The location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi is excellent; the staff were very helpful, friendly and competent, from front desk to room servicing to restaurant; breakfast buffet was very good with wide variety of choices. The gym could have been much better - not enough equipment to be really useful.

Great location in the old quarter and comfortable room. Whilst a nice room it was noisy early in the morning being directly underneath the restaurant. Small gym and the swimming pool was too cold to comfortably swim in.

Location superb, staff friendly, exceptionally clean, only downside was our room was below restaurant and we could hear chairs being moved from 7 onwards (breakfast time) but not a major problem 😃 Leaving Hanoi what a wonderful city

Situated right in the Old Quarter, at first the street traffic is overwhelming, but you get used to it. Despite being in such a crowded area, the rooms are sound proof. We were upgraded to the best room of the hotel for the first night and it had absolutely lovely views. The second room was even better with a balcony for smokers. Rooms are spacious and very comfy. Just minor housekeeping issues the first night which were resolved quickly and easily. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Jane who kept in touch on whatsapp and resolved/ advised on all sorts of questions. The porter was so nice as to take our luggage on checkout all the way out of the centre to the taxi meeting point and extremely helpful. We were very happy with this hotel and would come again. The one time we ate in the restaurant, the quality of food was superb. Location is fantastic, walking distance to everywhere. No complaints that stand out. Everything was great.
