Super comfy bed and pillows and very welcoming staff. Small hotel, but with a very welcoming feel. Breakfast options could be a little better. Cater well to the Asian market, but just need a few more western options. Bacon would be great daily.they also had haak browns and filled banana, yumm, but not heated. Another Bain Marie would have fixed this little issue.

The staff was very accommodating with our requests. Our flight arrived at 7am so we asked if we could advance our breakfast on our last day since we will be leaving before the buffet time starts anyway, and they did. We were able to comfortably eat breakfast as soon as we landed in Vietnam. They also allowed us to do an early check-in, and the rooms were really comfortable to stay in. The staff gave us a lot of tips on which restaurants to eat and which tourist attractions to go to. They also helped us with some of our tours. In terms of hospitality, we are giving them 200%, superb service. And on top of all these, since they knew we were leaving at dawn, they prepared sandwiches and fruits for us to bring in the airport. This didnt feel like any other hotel, it felt like home.

I liked the friendly helpful staff. Good location from which to explore hanoi old quarter. The breakfast was reasonable. Overall for the price we paid for the room was reasonable, nothing was uncomfortable. Room was kept clean. I think the hotwater availability in the evening needs to be improved. I had to leave tap on for a good 8 minutes before lukewarm water flowed. Morning supply was excellent.

Nice staff, nice rooms, overall great 👍 we got a free upgrade and he helped us with a bus to cat ba island. coffee was bad but there’s a coffee shop right next door.

* Very nice staffs - full respects to the guests and willingness to help. * Clean and spacious room with big comfy bed and pillows. * The breakfast buffeet includes various western and local options from the selection of salads, cereals, bread/croissants, cakes, hot bar, cold dish, yoghurt, fruits, juices, coffee/ tea, noddle soup and made to order omelletes. * complimentary of water bottles in the room and quality toiletries * They helped with arranging airport shuttle and adjusted the pick up time when our flight was delayed. * They offered to keep our big luggages when we were going to join ha long Bay cruise. We can travel light to the cruise. None.
