The staff was extremly helpful and friendly , even during the tet holiday (new years celebration). The breakfast was really fine (a'la carte) rooms are clean and spacious Bathroom is large and well equipped

The staff here are INCREDIBLE - thank you to Linda, Saffron, Chloe! Linda in particular helped us plan our trip weeks before arriving and provided awesome recommendations when we were in Hanoi. Room was spacious, breakfast was great, hotel is EXCELLENT value for money. We loved our stay and would stay again!! The neighborhood in particular is super central. it's a great base for exploring with looots of great food nearby. It can get a little noisy, but that's normal for the location. AC was weak at times.

Location is good for travellers, the staff are so warm and welcoming. Particularly, Ms Linda and Ms Chloe were super helpful, took good care of us and gave us good guidance for the stay. NA

Large room, good sized patio which was not overlooked. Superb location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Breakfast cooked to order. Friendly staff. Daily house keeping. The Jacuzzi bath and is on a plinth and I found difficulty getting in and out of it to have a shower. The Jacuzzi itself wasn't working and would have been nice after a long day walking. I was told hardly anyone uses it so needed repaired. I don't see the point in having it, and a simple shower would be much better. Water temperature not that hot.

The location is quite convenient, it's walkable to the lake and there are many food choices around. The room is very clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs

The hotel is very clean and well located if you want to be at the heart of the old quarter. The room was spacious and confortable. The personnel is extremely kind, hospitable, and resourceful to help you with transportation or to plan visits. Thank you for the smiles and exchanges. The street is very noisy (as are most of the streets in the old quater). The windows efficiently reduce the noise, but they must be kept close. A breakfast buffet for the items that require no cooking would be more convenient than having to order and wait for what you want. More variety in fresh fruits would have been appreciated.

Location was fantastic! Centre of Old Quarter, just 5-10mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, night market street just around corner. The staff - Saffron and Linda were exceptional. Linda was a wonderful source of information and Saffron always so kind and friendly. Wifi in the room was usually great. It was strange seeing the occupants of the room below mine via the light well. Felt very uncomfortable that I could see them each time I walked between my bedroom space and bathroom. The view was of their couch and walkway. Plus if their light was on it shined into my room too. I’ve never stayed in a room without a window and wouldn’t again. Also be nice to have more breakfast choices, maybe some yoghurt or different fresh fruit. For the room and facilities it was a bit more expensive than other nearby hotels.
