Nexy Hostel

The location was super good and we were able to move around with no problem. The staff was very welcoming and helped us with the booking of activities and transportation. We could listen all the going in and out from our room and it could get annoying sometimes.

I liked the location, the price, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room, the pleasant landscape of the hotel There was a large cockroach in the room (one alive and one dead), and a dead gecko fell behind a container of shower gel. That's the only thing we didn't like

The hostel staff were awesome, made organising our two trips to do the loop and Ha Long bay super easy spoke great English as well. Rooms were nice and clean with a curtain and a locker. Plenty of common areas which was nice. Location is also great in the old quarter close walk to many main attractions No filtered water station, but this didn't really matter as you could buy cheap bottomed from them

Comfy beds, quiet room, amazing location, staff were very helpful Bathrooms were small, food only served after 3pm

Perfect location!! So central and close to everything. Cheap. Amazing staff, lovely lady at reception (so sorry cannot remember her name) was so accomodating and helped us with everything we needed and more!

Lovely and very helpful staff, the rooms are spacious with good beds, curtains and large underbed lockers. Some good spaces to chill but the layout of the bar makes it a bit difficult to mingle. I also liked that it was on a bit of a quieter street. Its not a super social hostel and it lacked an atmosphere.

Everything is great ! They have a TV room and a rooftop and a pool table and they are all sooo nice. - The beds are comfortable and even in the bigger rooms with more beds it is not too crowded. - You are close to everything (and in deep in the old quarter) and the street is not too loud. - The staff was so kind even when I was being annoying, asking them questions every two seconds when they were busy. I especially loved that it is not really a party hostel because it does not throw huge raves every few days BUT that when and if you want to party, it will be the perfect place to have a nice drink and meet new people. I stayed with them for so long and kept on extending my stay because it felt like home. When I come back to Hanoi it will be in Nexy !

The location is perfect. The beds are confortable and the bathrooms are clean. It was really really cold in the room because of the air conditioner and the window always opened despite the cold weather.

Clean rooms and really friendly staff. The games room and rooftop are fun places to hang out when you get back from exploring the city Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner
