Fantastic location very central.All staff so helpfull with recommendations etc...Breakfast was good,its not a buffet, you choose from a small menu and is cooked to order,but was always quick service.Room was very quiet and the bed comfy.Taxi ordered through hotel to and from airport.Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if ever in Hanoi. Furniture was a little old and worn.Could have been a little more cleaner but these are minor issues.

The hotel has frendly staff how speak English,used airport taxi service ,grab is slighlty cheaper,room big with TV with Engkish channels,bathroom was cold no heater,you can sometimes here other people in other rooms,overall good stay in good location

Centrally located to lake in old quarter,many resturants and shops near by, large room ,no natural light as small window opened into alley,bed sheets towels etc all clean,pillows need changing,bathroom had plenty of hot water but very cold as no heater,drain smelled a liitle so kept door closed,TV had some English channels but not a smart TV,used airport service with mixed results, grab easy and about the same cost ,overall my stay was Ok and central ,had breakfast in hotel was made fresh
