The location is perfect for access to the city. Very comfortable bed. Room 405 was ideal for Tete, with a wrap round balcony which took in magnificent views. The lifts are fast and efficient with little waiting times. Plenty of clean pool towels available. Silk dressing gowns for room use which were excellent. If you have mobility problems getting in and out of the shower / bath could cause problems so be sure to check with reception regards access. Access to the pool was via stairs, on the 7th floor but there was a lift, which was for staff access only. We ate once at hotel....the set diner menu was cold, by the time it was served up and for the exception of 1 young male waiter...the rest of the staff were lousy, inattentive and generally showed a lack of enthusiasm in there work.

Great location near the river and Times Square. Rooftop restaurant with sliding cover when needed. Fantastic rooftop pool. Everything clean enough and very friendly staff. Very good value. The room had a window but it only opened onto a service shaft. The room with balconies are worth the extra.

The location was perfect - it was like 2 mins walking distance to the most lively place in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff members were nice and the breakfast options were amazing. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. N/A

Central location close to everything and great value ... lovely rooftop pool, which was much needed after a day sightseeing in 35 degrees Nothing to not like.

The Huong Sen Hotel remains our first choice in HCMC. Position perfect. Pool superb. Staff attentive. Hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast on top floor with a wonderful view of the city is always a great experience. Cannot in all honesty provide any criticism of the Huong Sen. Only small issue no Wi-Fi at pool.
