Really nice hotel! It has a cool retro vibe to it. Everything is so clean and the rooms are lovely. You feel safe being inside the Saigon centre shopping mall. Nothing!

The bed was very comfy. Great location. Close to war museum, independence palace, and waking street. Inside a shopping centre that has ba great food court underneath (a little bit expensive). No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Cleaners came twice a day. Once at midday to clean, then once in the evening to replace towel.

Beautiful modern hotel within walking distance to many caffes, restaurants and shopping (actually located on top of Saigon Center). The room was just beautiful and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The food quality leaves much to be desired...especially for the price.

Great staff, trendy modern hotel within shopping complex. Went out of their way to provide us with a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. Particular thanks to Anh Vu who was extremely helpful. Clean and smart rooms, wish we could have stayed longer! Nothing

Very comfortable, stylish rooms. Very convenient location, especially being connected to an upmarket shopping centre - could pop down to the food hall for a lateish breakfast, instead of having breakfast at the hotel - this was fine but not spectacular. A small inconvenience in accessing the gym which is in the shopping centre. No iron in the room. Also, if washing machines could be installed in each apartment, that would be very helpful for longer stays.

Excellent location in District One with great access to many sights. Bonus was the convenient shopping centre below. Fantastic pool! Maybe one more lift... (not feasible though)

Perfect location, right in the centre of the city. Great to walk to cool restaurants and close to amenities. Swimming pool had algae/mould around the edges

Amazing staff, lovely room, great pool. The best pillows ever - but there's a pillow menu if you want something different. The gym is in a separate building and is a bit annoying to use compared to a normal hotel gym.
