It’s an incredibly lovely place for the price. The staff were wonderful, everything was kept extremely clean and the facilities were modern. The towels and sheets were changed every few days (I was there for one and a half weeks). There was even a specious balcony where I could do yoga in the morning which was a huge plus for me. You can use the bicycles for free with your stay which is a great add on service.

it feels like a family and I definitely want to come back. the house is beautiful and I secretly dreamt of living there. the location is rather far so one needs to rely on Uber but free bicycles are available.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there. Only 15' by bicycle (offered free) to Hội An Center and/or to the two main beaches. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Vicky). Staff was extremely friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience and the swimming pool. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Vicky for being a nice host. Nothing :)

Brilliant stay! Pool is very nice and we had lovely Banh mi's and fruit for brekkie everyday. Vicky is a great person she taught us how to ride a moped! Very nice people and really cute children that we had fun giving high 5s to. Thank you Vicky and team for our lovely stay in Hoi An! ❤️ Nothing 😊

My second time in Hoi An , and I really love this place in a quiet area of this city , not far from the center by walk or bike ( you can get a bike for free , that’s great if you want to go to the beach )nice swimming pool and lovely family , drinks and food at cheap price too. Cosy dorm with a big balcony roof top , perfect to chill :) see you next time !

The host was amazing and all the staff were so smiley and helpful! We felt like we were part of the family. Also the private rooms we stayed in were huge and clean. Vicky helped us organise everything and gave us amazing recommendations for tailors and restaurants and attractions. We miss her already. Also breakfast was so yummerzzzzz xxx Nothing!! It was a little far out, but the free bikes made up for it.

The owner was incredibly nice. She has many good recommendations for the area. I enjoyed the free bicycles. I used them each day. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Nothing major. There was a slight smell/odor in the rooms and bathrooms but nothing to turn you off.

Vicky is an amazing host. Best place to stay! Her family also lovely. Rooms lovely and spacious. She helps books tours and onwards transport too Nothing!
