I had a very comfortable stay. As mentioned, the hotel is very nice, with a very cute decorated room in a very interesting city. The hotel location is excellent and very central, with many restaurants and cafes right outside, and with walking distance to some major sights including the Railway Street, the Hoan Keim Lake and close to city center. My room was light and spacious, and the bed and pillows were soft. The WIFI was reliable. Service was always friendly with a smile. Very nice staff and a simple but good breakfast served with a smile and lots of affection and warmth. The best part was that I became friends with the owner’s son Hue who took me for a ride across the city in his amazing car. Will never forget this ever. For the price, which is very affordable, my stay exceeded my expectations significantly. I would definitely stay here again! There's nothing actually to not like anything.

I booked two separate nights, but the hotel is very nice, a very cute decorated room, but I never opened the window blinds, to sit outside the hotel entrance is good enough. Very central location, near Railway Street and close to city center. Extremely many shops and cafees nearby, I would definitely stay here again! Very nice staff and a simple but good breakfast included. Heavy traffic on all streets nearby, but this is also a part of the experience of Hanoi. Be careful! Otherwise very good place to stay!

I had a very nice stay, good position near the Railway Street and busy downtown streets. A lot of traffic in the area, a hectic city life, with lots of shops and cafeés nearby, I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast ok, served in the lobby. Friendly staff! N remarks, everything ok in relation to the price.

Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff, very low price for what you get Nothing, it's a simple hotel right in the center of the old quarter but it's clean and has everything you need for a great price.

I had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and cafes right outside, and walking distance to some major sights. My room was light and spacious, and the bed and pillows were soft. The wifi was reliable. Service was always friendly. For the price, which is very affordable, my stay exceeded my expectations significantly. As other reviewers have noted, the shower head is not adjustable, and it would have been better if guests could control the angle and direction of the water. A bedside light would also have been nice.

The room we were moved to was really nice, and the staff were very helpful with booking our bus to Ha Giang. Our initial room was meant to have a view and didn’t, and we weren’t moved until the next day

Reasonable price. Room size was decent and the hotel is very central. the toilet flush is really loud and siren-y. you might wake up the whole floor for using toilet at night.

Very nice, clean, well-maintained, great location, rather quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. I also booked a two-day trip to Ha Long Bay which was just great. It cost just a tad more than at one of the booking shops, but Tom at the travel desk was extremely patient and helpful and changed my hotel booking to accommodate. There are always minor nits to pick. Room 605 has translucent glass in the door so doesn’t get dark. The bathroom fans are rather loud. Wifi was a bit flakey at times. All within reason and still excellent value for money.
