Our only complain is that the air conditioning (cool) is disabled during winter leaving the room stuffy sometimes.

the staff is professional and very helpful.
Mrs Rosie is diamond. She arrange everything for us, transfers, tours, even to rent a wheelchair.
My friend has a birthday. in the morning during the breakfast, Mrs Rosie and all the staff came with a cake to celebrate.it

Complimentary water every day. Beds were very firm but comfortable. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was good - not a western style buffet, so long as you are willing to try some different things it is very tasty.
The lighting in the rooms is very dim. Lift was slow at peak times.
