Main benefits were the rooftop pool, location and having a washing machine! Would stay here again if we were to visit HCMC It was advertised as two large double beds, however one was a very small round bed. A bit difficult to fit a 6 foot man... also a bit of a pain having to go to the ground floor to then get to the rooftop pool.

The manger was brilliant helped me on what’s app as could not get Any. Where. with staff because didn’t talk any English. Nice room nice location nice pool shame didn’t have a bar at pool Staff didn’t talk. Any English very hard to ask for directions etc lovely owner manger she was good and help me anything I asked she was brilllant she made my holiday A shame didn’t have air con in the lobby lift was very. Hot untill got in room then ok

Great location & easy to walk to the Ben Than Market. Great local eating places just out the door for high quality local food. Easy place to be picked up for City tour & Tunnel tour Unfortunately the roof top bar was closed as was the Gym, so had to go to another location for the gym. Pool was clean but furniture was old. No pool lounges, just chairs

The apartment is in an excellent location, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 people. Only one elevator card is added to the apartment, which is very unpleasant if family members do not move at the same time. The swimming pool can only be reached through the doorman.

Great location! Good apartment to stay in to finish our trip. Able to do washing and cooking in the apartment if you need. Friendly staff. Owner had great communication.

The location is great and accessible to beer street and benh than market. The restaurants and coffee shops same street with apartment.

Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Center. Door step to Tous Les Jours bakery. 10 min walk to Beer street for those like to drink and hangout late. A decent gym. The mattress was soft and has squeaking sound when movement. No daily house keeping. Washer without Dryer. Common bathroom water overflow when shower.
