stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable the room was. double glazed windows shut out all the outside noise so we well rested each morning. the location wasn't the nicest. it was in the centre of the market which was dirty noisy and busy all day and early evening.

I am satisfied with La Cascada's services. Everything is great, just like my stay before. The room is still tidy, all the staff even remember me and the location is much easier to find than when I came here the first time. nothing to complain, great hotel.

Impeccably clean, surrounded by the pottery and dishes market and renowned glassware. The staff is exceptionally kind, taking care of every detail including guests' sleep and dining needs. They can help arrange tours, offering reasonable prices and top-notch quality. The room, perfect for one person, is incredibly cozy, tranquil, and always spotless thanks to the daily cleaning by the housekeeping staff. None. I wish I could stay longer. I will definitely return.

I will always stay here if I visit Hanoi again. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were able to change my previously booked windowless room to one with a balcony at little extra cost. The hotel is close to many places of interest. The taxi dropped me off far from hotel as he could not access the hotel street by car. I think the hotel needs put extra signage on the two entrances to the alleyway for easy find.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent customer service. Location is by the markets and the busy road of Old Quarter but still quiet at night. We didn't hear the train either.

The staff were very kind and friendly, offering recommendations of places to go! The room was as advertised and I had a comfortable stay. They provided a laundry service at a good rate and was completed within a couple of hours.

The property is quiet, comfortable and clean. We booked 3 nights and ended up extending for a fourth. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful providing suggestions and answering (our many) queries as best they can. An airport transfer was organised through the hotel for arrival and we were met by a staff member a couple of minutes from the property at a drop off point as the vehicle couldn’t get close to the hotel due to markets. The property is in a quiet pocket between two busy roads so you’re never far from the action. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Cascada and Hanoi.

We loved our room with the balcony and train view - I booked the larger family room so that we would have somewhere nice to stay for our last few days in Vietnam and it was totally worth it. The hotel location was fantastic and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. It would have been nice to have breakfast provided in the hotel - while there were many street food places nearby we were quite sick of having a noodle soup for breakfast after a month in Vietnam...
