It is located in the heart of the city walkabble distance to city's sights and shops. Staff were excellent especially Tom was a helpful and friendly person. Just only few meters walkabble distance for Taxi or Grab

Absolutely EVERYTHING!!! This is the first place we have stayed in South East Asia where everything was 100% perfect! Housekeeping was every day with fresh towels etc even over the TET holidays, the bed was as comfy as my own bed at home. The shower was incredible and all the facilities in the room felt like a 5* hotel. We had breakfast included which we chose each night which was then made fresh every morning and it was sooooo tasty. Finally, a special shout out to Louise and Stewie who always greeted us with a welcoming smile, made us the tastiest Vietnamese coffees at breakfast and were just the best front of house staff we have had the pleasure to meet. They went the extra mile for us and made us feel like we were at home - they deserve a payrise!!!! Thank you to the rest of the staff who continued to work as hard to keep the hotel moving throughout the TET holiday, you’re all fantastic 😁 N/A

Lokation is exellent, staff is very kind, and food was good. Room also good. We felt friendly atmosphere. Hanoi is wonderfull city. We enjoyed our staying there. Just to fix a little variety of food, with some lokal food.

Everything was excellent! Especially the staff, super helpful, friendly and cheerful. The bed was very comfortable and much quieter than other hotels I've stayed at during my month long trip. Great location and price. Thank you!

Great location, just outside the busy old quarter so a little quieter but easy to walk.. Super clean, staff provided great eating recommendations and were always very helpful and friendly.
