Location is near to night market, hoan kiem lake, and railway cafe. Just walking to reach all interst places. The owner very friendly and he let us to early check in when we arrive in Hanoi at 7 am.

The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of everything in the old quarter. The staff were fabulous - helpful and friendly. Lam was exceptional even lending us umbrellas when it rained and Kendy Tran was great with booking tours.

We booked last minute and the staff were very accommodating of our late arrival outside of the standard check-in hours. They also allowed us to leave bags at the hotel after we'd checked out which was very helpful! The location is great for exploring the old town too! We could hear a lot of noise in the room from the road outside which made sleeping a bit difficult.

Very well located hotel in hoan-kiem. The host was super friendly, the rooms were clean. The Walls are very thin. Waterpressure in the shower was very low.

The room was big and the bed really comfortable. The hotelstaff was very nice to me. They stocked up my room because they had a better one left and called for me to the Hospital when i had a problem. They even drove me to this hospital in the middle of the night. Very good experience there!
