As soon as you enter the hotel the greeting is so welcoming. The rooms are well equipped and very clean and well maintained.

Great staff , very friendly, knowledgeable,and happy to help with recommendations to go to for food , drink, coffee, deserts,not the normal places that tourists go to. Had some unruly guests who were waking us up early hours of morning , shouting , fighting and blasting loud music .

Stayed here for 1 night after returning from Ha Long Bay and it was such a lovely hotel. The staff were so nice from the minute we checked in, giving us loads of recommendations. We had to check out to go to the airport at 5am and they had a take away breakfast set up for us which I thought was such a thoughtful idea. The room was just perfect with everything you need, and it was spacious. Very impressed with this hotel.
