Can’t recommend this place enough ! For a place so central, it’s really lovely & great value. The family made us feel so welcome & we felt really safe here as two female travellers. Obviously it’s not suitable if you’re disabled or unable to climb stairs. They make that clear in the description though :))

Good location, very friendly staff and possibility for early check-in. Good communication with the property ahead of our arrival. You can buy coffee in the lobby/downstairs. When we arrived in Hanoi, the weather was cold and humid, and so was our room. It was difficult to get the temperature up in the room. Also, to get a warm shower one has to turn on a water boiler and wait for it to start working. It didn’t keep the water temperature even, and taking a shower was tricky at times.

Excellent location in the Center of Old Quarter. Good view of the streets. Room was clean and comfortable and great bathroom facilities. The security man did not speak much English but was very helpful and friendly.

The property is located in the heart of the old center, close to many restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect spot if you are new to Hanoi and don’t know where to start exploring. Our room was facing the street and also had a small balcony, which ended up being the perfect spot for people watching, which is one of the best things you can do here. We were amazed at how lovely the area was, and could have spent hours watching the people around and families eating and socialising on the street. The property is very charming and spotless clean. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were also replaced daily. The lady running the place is a sweetheart and we would 100% return here if we ever come back to Hanoi. -

i like the property owner, she s kind and helpfull. i like the balcony, l like the housekeeping, changing towel everyday and keep my room clean. no shampoo, no coffee or tea....no lift 😅

The decoration was beautiful, and the bathroom was nice with unlimited hot water. The bed was comfy as well. It is very well located. The guy from reception was watching a film and was very loud. We could hear everything from the room and was late night.
