Location is literally perfect! Need to Just cross the bridge to get to D1, a few mins by walk.
7/11 downstairs, Starbucks and banks around the corner!

Great location only 15mins walk to centre of district 1, good sized apartment (we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which had an en suite & separate bathroom), clean with great facilities including the swimming pool and supermarket on site. The communication via WhatsApp was fantastic and they were always very happy to help. We were able to drop our bags at the office when we arrived early & they transferred them to our room once it was ready for us to check in.
Could do with more glasses and some teaspoons in the kitchen - but that is being extra picky!

Central location in a modern apartment building. At least three different supermarkets and a cafe available at the doorstep. Other cafes and restaurants within 10 min walk. Easily accessible for Grab drivers. Beauty salon nearby. Access to the pool, gym, amazing roof terrace. Prompt communication, free transfer from the airport. Aircon and washing machine in the apartment.
We did see some cockroaches but that's a problem everywhere in Ho Chi Minh City. Also we did notice that all the possible measures against them had been taken by the host. It's just something one cannot avoid.

The location was good. I could walk to the main market. Other things were a handy drive away. Food options nearby were a little limited but the owner recommend a good street food option which was good. Mostly I’d eat more centrally and get back to the apartment which was quiet and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and the hot water shower is very good. There’s an AC in the bedroom and living room.

Great location- not a lot of food options arpund but only a quick walk into District 1. Room was great and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and easy to contact.
The payment system of room could be fine tuned so that it is easy to pay online rather than in person at a time negotiated between both parties.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. In a great location with great views. Definitely recommended, especially for families.
